Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with photos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
